Between the pool, water table, and water slide in our backyard, we've had a blast this summer playing in the water! Back in June, we took Emerson to the pool for her very first time and definitely had to take the camera along with. She cracks us up in so many ways, but one of the funniest things she does is dip her hands in any water she sees (bath tub, pool, water table) and then sucks the water off her hands. She seemed pretty indifferent about the pool, but liked it when she figured out she could splash.
We've gotten our baby pool out a couple times on the back porch and Ethan just has a ball!
Mamaw and Papaw Steve got the kiddos this fun water slide for Emerson's birthday and it has been quite the hit. We poured baby oil on the slide to make it extra slippery for Ethan and he just laughs and giggles the whole time! I can hear his laughter in these pictures!
Emerson was more interested in playing with the water that was shooting out...
